• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Control professional, preferably in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management and quality control.
• Proficient in budgeting, engineering, and construction.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in Japanese is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Willing to be based in South Jakarta or at project sites, if required.
