We are looking for an Associate Manager, Corporate Sales to lead and drive performance of our corporate sales team (Hunter & Farmer). This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets through new client acquisition, account growth, and strong team execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage Hunter (New Business) and Farmer (Account Management) teams to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Set sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure strong sales activity discipline across the team
- Drive corporate client acquisition and actively support key deal negotiations and closures
- Oversee and grow existing corporate accounts to increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and improved customer retention
- Provide coaching, performance reviews, and strategic direction to enhance team effectiveness and productivity
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analysis for management review
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Pricing, and Finance teams to deliver competitive solutions and ensure smooth service execution
- Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and customer insights
