Job description
- Leads and supervises the part-time agents in their daily telemarketing activities.
- Executes the telemarketing program aligned with agreed strategy and messaging
- Formulate the telemarketing script for the agents
- Conduct weekly evaluation and adjust script and messages according to market responses and appropriate for phase of marketing campaign
- Ensures that all agents follow telemarketing processes and reports (daily, weekly,monthly)
- Recommends strategies to promote the Horizon brand, to engage/ nurture the leads and convert them into enrollees.
- Coordinates and monitors database for regular analysis of leads and agent performance
- Motivates the agents by conducting daily briefings, coaching and mentoring agents to achieve targets
Job requirements
- Holds a bachelor’s degree preferably in Management or IT
- Must be proficient in data management & analysis, and reporting
- Must have sales or telemarketing experience
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
