Job description

To facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills with confidence and direction, geared towards the development of the analytical and creative faculties of students.
To meet his/her scheduled classes conscientiously and be available for consultation
To determine course requirements for their classes and evaluate and grade the performance of their students in accordance with departmental policies on course content and grading system
To continually explore areas of inquiry through various forms of research and other studies that will address the requirements of the discipline and the development concerns of the society
To continuously develop their knowledge of and skills within the discipline to which they belong
To be involved in discipline-related consultancies or projects beyond the confines of the academic community for professional growth
to participate in various councils/committees/boards that program/plan/implement curricular and/or co-curricular activities, and to engage in peer evaluation and academic advising upon request
To participate in community service either in school-sponsored community extension projects or in their own community/sectoral/professional organizations, in government/non-government, and international organizations.

Has at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience and training in the field of Nursing
At least 2 years of work experience in a hospital or community nursing
Preferably a graduate of a Master's Degree (S2) in Nursing with a specialization in maternity nursing or medical surgery
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word processing, spreadsheets, and Powerpoint
Comfortable in using email and different social media platforms for communication
Possesses good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Possesses good analytical. problem-solving and presentation skills
A team player
An advantage if the candidate has NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional)
