Job requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology and alike
- 3 to 5 years ofexperience with hardware, networking and information systems
- Excellent knowledgeof technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/softwaresystems
- A clearunderstanding of client/server technology and network architecture
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Windows (Windows 10, Server) and Linux Operating System
- Proficiency in theday-to-day use of Microsoft office application with an emphasis on MS Excel andPowerpoint
- Hands-on experiencein Google Workspace Productivity Suite Administration
- Using backup toolsfor servers (know how to backup and restore data, applications, database,websites)
- Managing networkdevices (preferably : CISCO, HPE ARUBA, FORTNET, HUAWEI, PEPLINK)
- Ability to provideexcellent customer service and public relation outreach
- Good Englishcommunication skills
- Have a greatproject management skills
