Engineering Supervisor

Job Description :

1. Implement, analyze & Develop Preventive Maintenance to reduce downtime

2. Carry out inspections of the Machines, factory facilities, to identify & resolve issues

3. Plan, oversee all machine’s repair/equipment

4. Managing subordinates effectively

5. Monitor & Control Critical Spare parts of machines to ensure availability of spare part when

needed & reduce downtime

6. Monitor expenses & Maintenance cost

7. Keep Maintenance logs, report on daily activities

8. Cooperate with others dept. to ensure production target achieved

9. Lead improvement process to reduce downtime, reduce cost, increase quality & increase

throughput

Job Requirement :

1. S1, Bachelor in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

2. Skillful at PLC, SCADA system

3. Skillful at HVAC System

4. Has good knowledge & experience of GMP, HACCP & FSSC

5. At least 10 Years of working experience in the related field as Engineering Supervisor

6. Age Max. 40 years old

7. Conversant in English (speaking, writing, listening)

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, solid work

9. “Can Do” Attitude

10. Willing to Work shifts (3 Shifts, 4 Group)

11. Preferably domiciled in Tangerang
