Role and responsibilities:

• Handling payroll and other payroll-related tasks, including personal income tax, compulsory insurance, labor, BPJS, etc. including but not limited Personal Income Tax of expatriates.
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients
• Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with peers at client organizations
• Doing researches and analysis on payroll and related issues
• To perform payroll advisory work for clients and conduct payroll simulations as required
• Provide reports to Payroll Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Accounting/ Business from reputable university
• Internship experience in consulting firm would be advantages 
• Excellent understanding of labour and personal income tax in Indonesia, as well as BPJS.
• Good comprehension on the utilization of Ms Office products especially Excel
• Engaging and outgoing personality
• Able to work in a diversified cultural environment
• Has excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials
• Ability to pay attention to details
