Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming appointment requests via phone and organize schedules efficiently.
• Distribute appointments fairly among Store Sales Associates based on customer tiers.
• Send appointment reminders to customers in line with company procedures.
• Respond to initial customer inquiries regarding store information, service flow, or available schedules.
• Record customer data and appointment status into the designated system accurately.
• Provide excellent hospitality service to customers and ensure Store Sales Associates are prepared to meet their needs.
• Prepare and submit daily reports covering appointment data and customer tiering to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and operational needs, ensuring a professional and welcoming store environment.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Preferably with previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and at least basic English proficiency.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Confident, well-spoken, detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking.
• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Tuesday–Sunday).
