We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth and enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Researching industry needs to create impactful courses.
• Recruiting expert partners to improve customer experience.
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the team.
• Staying updated on products, services, and tech trends.
• Conducting demos to address customer challenges.
• Customizing solutions for clients, combining products and services.
• Providing technical support and creating proposals and documentation.
• Relaying customer feedback for product improvement.
• Collaborating across departments to optimize customer engagement and positioning our solutions as market leaders.

Requirements :

• Several years of experience in sales, including a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or digital product’s industry.
• Deep understanding of the education technology industry, its trends, and the competitive landscape is a plus.
• Proficiency in many proper sales techniques & strategies, including consultative selling, solution selling, and account-based marketing, to balancing the client behaviour.
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including CRM software, is essential.
