Recruitment Staff

1. Responsible for the end to end recruitment process
2. Identifying employee needs, interacting and strategizing recruitment needs in alignment with users/managers to comprehend specific team or department needs
3. Collaborate with users/managers to select the most qualified candidates
4. Create & publish job vacancies on job portals and social media
5. Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand position
6. Source potential candidates through various channels: including job portals, social media and networking
7. Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA of 3.00
2. Familiar with psychological tools : DISC, PAPI KOSTICK, IQ TEST, EQ TEST
3. Have related experience in full cycle recruiting minimum 2 - 3 years
4. Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and manage multiple priorities
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. High level of discretion and confidentiality
7. Placement at South Jakarta
