Job description
- Collaboration: collaborate with product managers, internal business stakeholders, and functional team to define content requirements and strategy.
- Writing: write and edit digital content that meets project goals and end-users’ needs.
- Research: reviews analytics on an ongoing basis to understand user behavior to manage and shape content and messaging strategies.
- Other duties e.g. ensure online content complies with corporate brand standards, web style guide, and legal & compliance.
Job requirements
- Education: a bachelor's degree in social science, English, journalism, or equivalent.
- Experience: at least 1 year of working experience in UX writer.
- Technical skills: both written & spoken English and Indonesian language, writing, content strategy, editing, proofreading.
- Others: communication skills, teamwork skills, high proficiency of English, problem-solving skills.
