Job description
- Grade and evaluate part time and fulltime teachers during the interview (ad-hoc)
- Develop, conduct, and review the onboarding SOP for the teachers (continuous)
- Maintain teacher grading document profile database (continuous)
- Develop and conduct monitoring SOP to ensure the teaching quality (daily)
- Develop teacher training plan in coordination with the course managers (monthly)
- Evaluate performance of teachers based on the teacher performance metric (weekly)
- Develop and conduct intervention and penalty system for any teacher misconduct (ad-hoc)
- Work together with student service to solve problems regarding teachers and classroom issues (ad-hoc)
- Assign classes for both parttime and fulltime teachers for all courses (continuous)
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Education, Management will be preferred.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- High level of spoken and written English
- Excellent team worker with the ability to negotiate and compromise whilst taking into account the views of others
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages & Google Suites
- Effective communicator
