Job description
- Develop and improve Cakap brand awareness through social media.
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
- Collaborate with creative teams that can include web and graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia teams.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year of working experience as Social Media Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Excel
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to influence people at the right level.
- Strong analytical thinking, data-driven, reliable, and result-oriented.
- Familiarity with consumer web domain and Education Institution/Technology businesses.
