Job description
Before class:
1. Create upskill classes based on the schedule, including designing class banner
2. Working closely with BD & Marketing team
3. Working closely with the tutor
4. Train the tutor to use Cakap platform
During class:
1. Stream/mirror the class if the tutor using non Cakap platform
2. Become a chat admin: welcome message, respond participants chat (comments/complaints), respond to unwanted behavior from the participants and closing message
3. Make sure Upskill classes running smoothly
After class:
1. Create Upskill classes report
Job requirements
- Interest in development issues with at least degree level of education, preferably in development studies or another relevant subject
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise within a busy workload
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team Initiative to work with a minimum of supervision
