Job description
- Establish teaching guidelines, academic approach and style to ensure effective teaching and learning experiences for both students and teachers
- Creating, revising, and updating the teaching guidelines for each of the courses offered at Cakap
- Creating training materials for each of the courses offered
- Work together with the teacher management team to conduct monthly teaching evaluation and academic interventions / training
- Resolve escalations regarding customized approach to curriculum and implement an individualized educational plan as necessary
- Establish curriculum framework for all products in the respective language
- Develop a general curriculum map to serve as the anchor point for all the courses developed
- Establishing, reviewing, and revising the assessment system for the curriculum
- Develop syllabus for all the courses offered for course development purposes
- Develop an evaluation system for the existing course and content
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin literature or equivalent.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin, with preferable HSK 5
- Experience with and passionate in teaching is preferable.
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education.
- Familiarity with startup industry.
