Job description
- Good understanding of Indonesian Law, especially about general corporate, agreements, transactions and electronics organizer.
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions.
- Assist to communicating and negotiating with external parties to ensure the company's full legal rights.
Job requirements
- Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Indonesia.
- Advanced fluency in English and Bahasa both verbal and written.
- Experienced in a Law Firm would be a good plus.
- Have at least five year experience in the Legal field as Legal Manager.
