Job description
- Determines customer needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specification and requirement ; appraising new product ideas and/ or product or packaging changes
- Asessess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's product
- Asessess product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Lead and develop operations
Job requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
- Required language; English, can speak Mandarin can be the benefit.
- Minimum 5 years from Telemarketing/ Startup company
- Strong in leadership
- Excellent in admin and reporting
