· Prepare coursework and assignments for classes
· Grade tests, essays and reports, and other writing assignments
· Meet with colleagues to coordinate lesson plans and work with specific subjects of expertise
· Manage teachers availability for class
· Develop course syllabus
· Develop Material for class
· Develop Exam for students
· Teach student in each class
· Develop program per course
· Assist other teachers
· Fill and completed periodical report
· Fill and completed completion report
Job requirements
- Good Communication Skill especially in Mandarin
- Good Organizer and managing
- 2 years minimum teaching experience in Mandarin
- Experienced in developing materials and curriculum
- Creative
- Communicative
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Able to explain complex subjects in simple terms
- Grounded in a firm understanding of the elements of style
- Prepared to teach a variety of genres, including expository, persuasive and argumentative writing
- Knowledgeable about punctuation — from the proper use of semicolons to word hyphenation
- Able to teach critical thinking skills while advancing students’ verbal and written communication abilities
