Role Description The Chief Accountant at BVR Property is a full-time, on-site role based in Badung. This position oversees all accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The Chief Accountant prepares and reviews financial statements, monthly and annual closing reports, and management dashboards to support strategic decisions. The role includes monitoring cash flow, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The Chief Accountant collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams, coordinates with external auditors and tax consultants, and continuously improves financial processes to support the company’s growth and stability.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis for decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain internal controls and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead an accounting team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or investment-related industries is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Badung and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
