Job description
- Clean and maintain all villa areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Prepare villas before guest arrival based on company standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation at all times.
- Inspect room facilities and report any maintenance issues.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep all areas clean and organized.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Provide friendly assistance to guests when needed and handle housekeeping requests professionally.
Job requirements
- Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, villa, or hospitality is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and housekeeping standards.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and quality.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good attitude, well-groomed appearance, and customer service mindset.
- Able to communicate politely with guests and colleagues.
- Available to work as a Daily Worker (DW) based on operational needs.
