Accounting F&B

Record daily sales transactions from restaurants, cafés, and other F&B outlets.

Verify and reconcile sales reports with POS systems and cash transactions.

Monitor and record food and beverage inventory movements.

Prepare cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations and food cost analysis.

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable related to F&B operations.

Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting processes.

Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Coordinate with operational teams, procurement, and warehouse departments regarding inventory and purchasing matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
