Consolidate group financial statements (including domestic and foreign subsidiaries) and perform intercompany reconciliations.
Prepare audited and interim financial statements, as well as mandatory reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (including XBRL and CALK disclosures).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors for the audit process.
Any other ad-hoc assignments.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA/CPA certification or comparable certification preferred.
In-depth understanding of financial accounting (PSAK/IFRS, GAAP if multinational).
Background in a Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 preferred).
Previous experience working in a public company, especially one with multiple subsidiaries; property/real estate is a plus.
Experience in financial statement consolidation (including foreign subsidiaries), intercompany reconciliations, and CALK preparation.
Familiarity with reporting to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) (audit, interim, XBRL, and other supplementary reports).
Detail-oriented, communicative (Indonesian & English), able to work under tight deadlines.
