Job description
- Oversee the entire procurement process from planning through execution.
- Lead supplier negotiations and develop contracts and terms of agreement.
- Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, and Warehouse) to ensure supply continuity.
- Establish and maintain procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Respond to internal Purchase Requisitions (PR) with proper needs assessment and evaluation.
- Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, conduct vendor evaluations, and select suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and warranty/service conditions.
- Manage vendor contracts, including renewals, extensions, and contractual documentation.
- Control procurement costs, drive cost savings initiatives, and conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with proven experience handling sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Strong experience managing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, vendor evaluation, and supplier selection.
- Experience in the data center, telecom, construction, or mission-critical infrastructure industry is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
