Job description
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure operations within the data center environment, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
- Monitor and support servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure implementation, upgrade, migration, and improvement projects across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support daily operations and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, system architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Perform infrastructure capacity planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience.
- Experienced in Data Center operations, enterprise IT infrastructure, or system integration environments.
- Strong knowledge of Tier III Data Center operations, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), Linux, and Windows Server.
- Familiar with LAN/WAN infrastructure, storage & backup systems, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Good understanding of backup & disaster recovery, IT security principles, infrastructure documentation, and operational standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with good English communication ability.
