Facility Technician/Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)

Job description
- Operate and maintain critical facility systems including power, cooling, and supporting infrastructure
- Monitor BMS/EMS and respond to alarms, incidents, and abnormal conditions
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for facility-related issues
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uptime
- Review and support implementation of SOP, MOP, and EOP procedures
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for maintenance and projects
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
- Basic understanding of power systems, HVAC/cooling, and building infrastructure
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand system operations
- Familiar with BMS/EMS and maintenance practices
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure or in shift environments
