Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

Ensure accurate and timely tax filing and reporting to maintain compliance with relevant regulations

Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role, preferably within the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
