Relationship Manager Hybrid

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Identify customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
3. Acquire new customers and expand the client portfolio.
4. Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve business targets.

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry.
3. Experience as a Relationship Manager, with exposure to both Funding and Lending (Hybrid RM) is preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and credit processes.
5. Proven track record in customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
6. Good communication & interpersonal skills
