Quality Assurance

Job Description:

• Perform application testing prior to release to users.
• Create and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Scripts based on the provided requirements.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and API Testing as required.
• Identify, document, and report bugs/issues found during the testing process.
• Perform bug verification and retesting after issues have been fixed by the Development Team.
• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts regarding requirements and issues identified during testing.
• Prepare test reports and QA documentation.
• Perform automation testing using Katalon or similar tools as required.
• Perform database validation and testing using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA and testing processes to make them more effective and efficient.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience as a QA Tester / Software Tester.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficient in creating Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, and Bug Reports.
• Familiar with testing tools such as Postman, Jira, Katalon, or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in Java or a similar programming language for automation testing, particularly using Katalon or other automation testing tools.
• Good understanding of database testing and SQL queries, with experience using at least Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database.
• Understanding of Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and API Testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
