Job description

We are looking for an experienced Document Center with experience in administration or document control. The candidate will have hands-on manage documents systematically and records management with strong basic knowledge of management software and the ability to handle email and digital communication effectively.


Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration and Records Management or a related field
  • Preferred to be single (male/female)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or document control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge of document management and records management practices
  • Good data entry skills with fast and accurate typing ability
  • Basic understanding of software management will be an advantage
  • Ability to manage emails and digital communication effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong discipline and responsibility in completing tasks
  • Ability to organize and manage documents systematically
