Account Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager at PT Azentra Solusi Digital, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, identifying business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients and support company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Communicate and follow up with clients regarding requirements, projects, and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are delivered properly.
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates when needed.
• Support business development activities and achieve company targets.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales, Business Development, or related position is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Have an understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
• Able to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in managing IT/digital solution clients would be a plus.
• Having knowledge of the financial industry or business solutions would be a plus.
