Customer Relationship Officer

About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), you will be part of the Sales team responsible for ensuring a smooth and effective sales process, from identifying potential opportunities to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You will work closely with customers, the Sales team, and our Pre-Sales team to understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and support the delivery of the right IT solutions.

Job descriptions:

• Build and maintain relationships with old and new customers to encourage up-selling and cross-selling.
• Make a report regularly about the sales process
• Handling tenders, including administrative and all related tender documents needed for sales
• Find new leads for potential customers
• Good understanding about our solutions as well as a good understanding of our customers to provide the best solutions together with our pre-sales team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably min. 1 year experience in related fields
• Experience in selling IT software or solutions is preferred
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent in communication & presentation skills
• Target oriented and also a fast learner.
