Site Manager MEP Project

Coordinate and Lead Work Team (constructor/vendor/supplier, etc)

Drafting the Construction Schedule including material delivery and to be approved by General Manager.

Facilitate the weekly construction meeting to discuss construction issue with partner and contractor. 

Drafting the temporary works such as Construction Road, Boundary Fence, Water and Electricity for Construction Work and to be approved by General Manager

Maintaining Construction Schedule. 

Maintaining Health and Safety of Construction Site

Quality Control by using Checklist

Making the Progress Report by weekly, monthly and Quarterly

Cost Control through efficient work process and avoiding wrong work sequence

Collating construction drawing and project site and order the Work Team to repair if incorrect.

Planning, organize, control all construction process at site : building, infrastructure, landscape, interior, MEP including PLN/PDAM 

Report to General Manager & Director

Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical, etc.

Minimum 2-3 years experience as a site manager.

Capable of performing job volume calculations, material assessments, and preparing bill of quantities.

Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team.
