1. Researching potential vendors
2. Comparing and evaluating offers form suppliers
3. Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Review quality of purchased products
6. Enter order details (e.g. vendor, quantities, prices) into
internal databases
7. Maintain updated records of purchased products,
delivery information and invoices
8. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
9. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
1. Candidate mus possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration /
Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
3. Required Skills(s): MS Office, Communication
4. Preferably Staff (Non-management & non-supervisor)
specialized in Purchasing / Inventory / Material &
Warehouse Management or equivalent
5. Negotiation skills
