Plant Accounting Manager

1. Responsible for accurate production accounting of high 

volume, multiple customers, multiple production facility

2. Lead and manage cost accounting and inventory control team

3. Analyze and reconcile all ballance sheet accounts related to 

inventory and standard cost accounting; provide 

reporting on a monthly basis within published timelines

4. Deliver required reporting / analysis and commentary on 

Manufacturing's performance to budget

5. Prepare actual vs budget reconciliation on all standard costs

6. Oversee adily operations of the finance departement

7. Work closely with the Plant Manager and other 

departement managers to appraise operating result in terms 

of profitability, performance againts budget, and other matters 

bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness 

of the company

8. Reconcile month end raw, work in progress and finished goods 

perceptual inventory to book values

9. Use continuous improvement techniques to increas efficiency, 

decrease non-value added activities, and use empirical methods 

to decide what matters rather thank uncritically accepting pre-

existing ideas

10. Lead team meetings to communicate priorities, scheduling 

and projects

11. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and 

evaluation of direct reports

12. Perform other duties as required or assigned

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

​2. Having experiences as Accounting Manager (Food Manufacture)

3. Proficiency in MS Office

4. Self starter who takes initiative in project and task oriented 

assignments

5. Strong communication, organizational and task management 

skills

6. Orientation to detail and result driven
