- Participate in a structured apprenticeship program across assigned departments
- Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and service excellence practices
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in learning and taking on new responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service standards
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and workplace discipline
- Complete assigned tasks, projects, or assessments as part of the apprenticeship program
Job requirements
- Fresh graduates (including Senior High School / Vocational High School graduates) are welcome
- Strong interest in learning and building a career in the hospitality industry
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrates discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Willing to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship program
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
