HACCP Coordinator

Job description

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP system in accordance with food safety standards

Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure daily food safety procedures are followed

Conduct routine inspections and hygiene checks across food preparation and storage areas

Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HACCP processes

Support corrective actions when food safety issues or deviations occur

Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and related departments to ensure compliance with sanitation standards

Participate in internal audits and prepare for external food safety inspections

Support training initiatives on hygiene and food safety practices

Job requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a similar roll

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is required

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and risk management

Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and training skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in documentation and reporting
