Asst. Public Relations Manager

The Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing communication and public relations strategies that enhance the hotel's brand image and reputation. This role manages media relations, press releases, partnerships, events, and promotional activities while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and supporting the achievement of the hotel's business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, Marketing Communications, or Corporate Communications.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brand industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong media, KOL, influencer, and stakeholder relations.
• Able to develop press releases, media content, PR campaigns, events, and brand communication materials.
• Good understanding of digital PR, social media, and reputation management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
