Job description
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance in the event of accidents.
- Conduct daily health checks and monitor workers' well-being.
- Share health-related knowledge and promote awareness among workers.
- Assess health risks (HRA), cleanliness, and exposure control measures on the site.
- Ensure proper control measures are in place through regular inspections.
- Monitor treatment for employees who have records in the Medical Check-Up (MCU).
- Manage emergency response activities, including supervision, coordination, and conducting emergency training.
- Carry out promotive, preventive, and supporting activities for health and medical programs, such as health examinations and treatments for workers.
- Assist in supervising and addressing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) issues to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
Job requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Nursing
- Certified in AK3U, HIPERKERS Kemenaker/BNSP & BTCLS
- Has active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
