TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Giving information to customers on the technical side of the product (product specification, production method, storage method, reheating method, etc.) and assist them in making purchasing decisionAdjust the products and giving out solutions to grow sales volume and profitability
Participating in exhibition according to the needs
Review all material and participate in accessing the performance of the supplier and making recommendations to Procurement Unit
Communicating with R&D in terms of product adjustment according to the customer needs
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible
Have responsibility for sales targets, especially achieving the number of customers who make purchasing decisions.

Background as a Pastry/Bakery Chef or R&D in Pastry/Bakery
Excellent product knowledge
Ability to calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
Ability to control negotiations with customers
Ability to work both independently and as a team.
Time management and organization skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and leadership skills.
