Finance Supervisor

1.      Daily Activities :

• Execute Bank Payments that has been completely processed by A/P Section and Bank Pay-ment Section
• Post Journal Entry of Petty Cash Disbursement that is related to Cash Advance & Expenses Flight and Non Flight PT ETA, PT WJA, PT WAD and PT MAD.
• Monitor Aging of A/P and coordinate with A/P Accountant for Over-Due A/P
• Execute Bank Payments for Taxes that are payable to Company
• Monitor Funds on daily basis to ensure daily activities is able to carry on
• Monitor the bank balance for Auto Collection of Pertamina and take the necessary actions
• Prepare List of Bank Payment on daily basis
• Download Report Aging Debtors and Creditors for Cash Collection and Payments in preparation of 3 (three) month’s forecast
• Print out all journal a day after the journal created

2.      Weekly Activities :

• Prepare the Updated Cash Flow status on Weekly basis (Every Monday)
• Email Reminder to employee for their outstanding advance every (2) two week and cc: Department Head and Accounting

3.      Monthly Activities :

• Prepare the Updated Cash Flow and forecast 3 (three) months
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconcile for Petty Cash Flight and Non Flight All BU before closing
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconcile for Banks All BU before closing
• Prepare Balance Sheet Reconcile for Advance Flight and Non Flight All BU ((Five working days after closing date)

1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
2. Age not over than 40 years;
3. Possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, accounting, cash management and forecasting.
4. Preferably 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting or treasury;
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with external stakeholders such banks.
6. Good computer skills (MS. Office – Excel, Word, Etc) and money counting skills.
