Job description
- direct and manage Kitchen operations
- design and develop menu and items pricing
- supervising job and task division for Kitchen staffs
- handle and resolve customer's complaints
- perform administrative duties
- educate and train Kitchen staffs to maintain the required standards
Job requirements
- expatriate (preferably Spanish), maximum age of 50 years old and in good shape
- having minimum 10 year’s experience in Spanish restaurant with the same scale
- having minimum 2 year’s experience as Head Chef or minimum 5 years experience as Sous Chef at restaurant with the same scale
- professional attitude, great leadership and able to communicate in English (Spanish will be an advantage)
- permitted to work in Indonesia (no immigration issue background)
- able to join within immediate time
- having culinary education background will be an advantage
