Job description
1. Manage recruitment and selection processes End-to-end recruitment
2. Familiar with various methods to source and network with potential candidates including social media platform
3. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employement
4. Suggest New ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
5. Assess Training need throught surveys, interview with employees or consultation with manager
6. Plan Develop and execute talent development program
7. Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, suc as handout or visual material
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree in psychology
- Freshgraduated are welcome to apply
- Familiar with psychological test tools and assessment
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Excellent understanding of people process in recruitment, people development, and organizational development
- Can Basic Design and Good skill in presentation
