Jr. Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Participate in the development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Ensure all development outputs are aligned with business requirements and delivered according to agreed timelines.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting

• Analyze reported bugs, application errors, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work independently on assigned tasks and also as part of a collaborative team.
• Actively participate in meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Share knowledge and support other team members when required.

Communication

• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with internal technical teams.
• Present findings or solutions in a concise and understandable manner.

Compliance & Confidentiality

• Adhere strictly to all existing company policies, standard operating procedures, and development best practices.

Ensure proper handling, protection, and disposal of confidential and sensitive data in

line with company standards.

• Proficiency in C Programming Language
• Solid understanding of Java Programming and Spring Framework
• Experience using JavaScript for front-end development
• Familiarity with XML for configuration and data integration
• Competence in Oracle SQL for managing and querying databases
• Ability to approach challenges with innovative solutionsn and adaptability.
• Awareness of how IT solutions support and enhance
• business operations and industry standards.
