Job description
- Review SR & WI before pattern, marker, and sample processes begin
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pattern, marker, and sample work
- Input marker costing, follow up production markers, and update marker and sample data
- Follow up dummy, production, photoshoot, and approval samples each season
- Check materials and shipping samples before dispatch
- Follow up fabric reject issues from Pemalang until resolved
- Conduct pre-production sample fittings with buyers and designers
- Coordinate with designers on development samples
- Give technical direction in the Sample Room to improve efficiency
- Propose new or improved product standards and related SOP changes
- Conduct weekly briefings
Job requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree
- Experience as a Garment Tech or in garment QA
- Strong product knowledge and garment technical skills
- Knowledge of pattern making, grading, production process, and garment quality
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
