Affiliate Specialist

Job Description

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliate partners such as influencers, content creators, and communities.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide guidance and feedback to improve content and sales conversion.
• Develop affiliate campaign strategies, commission structures, and incentive programs.
• Create content briefs and collaborate with the content team to produce promotional materials (short videos, copy, or simple designs).
• Stay up to date with trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other social media to optimize campaign strategies.
• Develop strong product knowledge and conduct briefings or product training sessions for affiliates.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to identify the most effective strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Affiliate Specialist or affiliate marketer.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms such as TikTok Shop Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate.
• Proficient in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good sense of viral and high-converting content trends.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance data.
• Fast learner with strong curiosity about products and digital marketing trends.
