Township Development General Manager/Director

• Leading comprehensive planning and management of a township development.
  
• Responsible for masterminding the entire township project, and effectively navigating planning adjustments in response to changes in external environment.

• S1/S2 Degree, major in Architecture/Urban Planning/Real Estate/Civil Engineering, with additional Marketing/Finance/Business management background is an advantage. 
• Minimum 20 years working experience in leading property developers, with minimum 10 years extensive experience as leading role in major township development (>50ha).

• Must have experience of playing a leading role in master planning, marketing strategy, business plan development of township development, and managing project financial performance.
• Profound knowledge/experience in planning, marketing, and development of township.
• Strong leadership, able to organize teamwork among departments, and ability to do diplomacy and negotiation.
