Sales & Marketing General Manager

Overseeing Sales & Marketing team in JV Companies to ensure that the company receive the targeted ROI.

• S1/S2 Degree from any major. Architecture/Finance/Real Estate background is an advantage.

• Minimum 10 years working experience in leading property developers, with minimum 7 years experience as  Marketing Manager/Dept Head position, for residential projects.

• Having good knowledge & understanding about market segmentation & market competition.

• Familiar with making Product Pricing, Marketing Plan & Strategy, Sales Projection, Marketing Budget, Sales Presentation, Promotion Plan Above & Below the lines, relationship with agents.  Able to do general competitor survey and able to read/interpret market research data.

• Having experience in handling a whole package of preparation for Property Product Launching.

• Able to give market input & guidelines for product development.

• Having Diplomacy & Negotiation Skill
