Leasing Department Head

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• A proven track record of leasing and/or business development within the logistics, industrial, or warehouse
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian real estate markets, leasing practices, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with strong leadership and project management abilities

Main accountabilities/Responsibilities of the position

As the leasing manager, he/she will be in charge of the following responsibilities;

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy for new modern warehouse development projects in Greater Jakarta, targeting 3PL, e-commerce, and industrial tenants
• Lead efforts to attract new tenants through networking, direct marketing, and engagement with brokers, leveraging industry contacts and market insights
• Work closely with an asset manager (joint venture partner) and their established leasing teams to coordinate tenant outreach and negotiation strategies
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring agreements are commercially sound and compliant with Indonesian regulations
• Oversee the preparation and execution of lease documents in collaboration with relevant parties
• Provide regular updates on leasing progress, market feedback, and competitor activity to senior management
• Analyze leasing performance metrics and recommend adjustments to strategy as needed
• Collaborate with other members of the division to ensure efficient tenant integration
• Advise acquisitions, investment, and design teams for assessing future development pipelines
