Working under the Department Head to lead around 11 inhouse Sales Team to achieve the Sales target of a premium housing in BSD area.
Job requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree from relevant field.
- Real Estate background is mandatory.
- Experience as a Sales Section Head of landed housing (Minimum 3 years).
- Strong team player & sales driven attitude.
- Able to organize, motivate, training & coaching sales team.
- Comfortable to work under target.
