Design Stage

• Conduct volumetric study (single/multi-story modern warehouse, cold storage, and other industrial assets, if any) for the potential development sites
• Manage and lead technical DD (including engagement of vendors) for the new pipelines
• Source and engage design consultants for schematic design
• Run a tender process of contractors and negotiate (including the proposal and evaluation of VE/CD, etc.) with contractors to meet underwriting budgets
• Coordinate with relevant team of JV partner (asset managers) to facilitate the development (if any)
• Develop and compile internal design standards of modern warehouse for the company

Construction Stage

• Monitor construction progress (quality, schedule, etc.) and manage design change and the construction cost by working closely with consultants and contractors
• Manage the permitting process and liaise with governmental bodies
• Attend the regular construction progress meeting on site with contractors (and JV partners if any) and report timely to the senior management of the company and engineering teams in the parent company

Divestment (sell assets/stakes to 3rd parties) Stage

• Manage technical DD done by the potential purchaser and its appointed consultants (preparation of the relevant data and/or documents, answering DD Qs, etc.)

• Minimum 3+ years (ideally 5+ years) of relevant working experience in Indonesia

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• Holding bachelor’s or master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or relevant field (holding relevant certifications or licenses a plus)

• Established network and connections with development consultants, design companies and contractors

• Understanding of Indonesia planning regulation and development permitting process

• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable development practices
